Enter each check payment and bank deposit inside the designated table cells and this spreadsheet will automatically calculate individual balances and a running total of your checking account balance. Also includes column to make notes and column for reconciliation.

By using the table document with MS Excel, the calculations are done for you without having to get out the calculator. Otherwise, if you do not have access to a spreadsheet program, you can download the MS Excel Viewer below, print the document and use it to hand write the information.
