Wedding Invitation

The free printable wedding invitation is designed to be modified and printed on 5×7 card stock.

The template uses an image at the top from the standard MS Clip Gallery that can be removed or replaced if you chose to print on a pre-formatted card stock. The content is formatted centered within the table. Each subsection of the invitation is placed within a row with a predefined row height. You simply replace the sample content with your own information.

You may not have the fonts we used for our sample. In that case you will need to choose different fonts and adjust the font size to your satisfaction. The content should auto format to horizontal centers and vertical centers within each row. Just be careful not to raise the font size so large that it expands outside of the row. Also, if you feel the font looks too squeezed within the row, then you can adjust line spacing by going to Format > Paragraph and adjust line spacing under the Indents and Spacing tab.

If you remove or replace the graphic file, you may need to go into File > Page Setup to further adjust Top and Bottom margins. It is also recommended that you do a test print, especially with any graphic or clip art to ensure the quality of print meets your requirements. (Often times, you can find nice and affordable 5×7 card stock with pre printed elegant borders at your local office supply store).
