I work in an orthopedic office. We have an EMR that has been down for a week. I hate to go backwards, but this is a life saver and will reduce stress. Excellent work on this form. I had to do mass interviews and had no way to keep track of them. I am definitely saving this one for the future. And to Therese above, ever heard of the paper form breaking down? Appointment systems have a lot of incredible features, but I envy those old timers that still do it on paper.
